Should the bill be sent to an address other than your company's address?

The following information is necessary for European companies in order to comply with the EU Directive 2001/115/EC.

  1. For companies located in Germany, entering the VAT ID is optional.
  2. Unless you register a valid VAT ID, mobile.de will charge VAT at the rate of the European country where you are based (for example 20% for sellers based in France) rather than the rate of the country where mobile.de is based (19% for Germany up until 31 December 2014).
  3. If you are located outside the EU, no VAT will be charged.

Do you have a VAT ID?

I/we authorize (a) mobile.de GmbH to collect payments from my/our account by direct debit. At the same time, (b) I/we instruct my/our credit institute to honour the direct debits collected from my/our account by mobile.de GmbH.

Please note: I/we can demand reimbursement of the sum debited within eight weeks, beginning with the date of debiting. The conditions agreed with my/our credit institute apply.
